University Future Festival 2024

The University Future Festival 2024 was an inspiring event full of innovation and exchange. We had the great opportunity to actively participate and share our vision of a digital future of education.

Highlights and insights

One of our highlights was the use of our Prompting Station, which enables access to a variety of AI tools and a playful exchange. Visitors from the Main Stage in Berlin were able to interact in real time with visitors from the Shifting Stage in Nuremberg via their avatar using voice and video channels. The diverse potential of AI could be experienced and knowledge of interactive settings could be expanded.

Together with experts from various fields, we were able to shed light on the opportunities and challenges of digitalization. Particularly impressive were the practical examples, such as the funding project for the "Musik-Automat" at the University of Music FRANZ LISZT, which showed how digital tools can enrich teaching and open up new learning paths for students.
More about the "Musik-Automaten" funding project can be found on the website of the Franz Liszt University of Music Weimar.

Workshops and networking

Our workshops were very well received. Topics such as "Using e-learning platforms effectively" and "Artificial intelligence in the education sector" met with keen interest. The interactive sessions enabled participants to learn new skills and exchange ideas directly with like-minded people. The focus was on networking and it was pleasing to see how many new collaborations and ideas emerged from this.

Future prospects

The festival showed us once again how important exchange and collaboration are in the education landscape. The innovations and discussions presented encourage us in our mission to advance digital teaching and learning methods. We are convinced that the future of higher education is digital and look forward to continuing to shape this vision together with our partners.
