Laughter is liberating and can quickly have a positive effect on the atmosphere, awaken concentration and encourage dialogue.

Interspersing little anecdotes at appropriate points and word games - especially when it comes to learning a language - contribute to a relaxed working atmosphere.

The charming interpretation of what has been said incorrectly shows students how to deal with mistakes in a tolerant and playful way and contributes to a positive error culture. The fear of embarrassment is reduced and confidence grows. Students reduce their inhibitions in language training and lose the fear of asking questions and discussing problems openly.
